KYC  have been spending time developing and delivering a range of strategic outputs which will improve and sustain our service but also capacity build the Centre.

Some headlines regarding the KYC Service Plan include:

  • Develop mentoring scheme for young people and team members
  • Develop a Performance Management Strategy for KYC
  • Provide positive diversionary programmes for hard to engage young people
  • Deliver a range of accessible accreditations for all young people.
  • Develop a range of partnerships to strengthen core business
  • Deliver more offsite trips
  • Improve the profile of KYC within the community, Lambeth and nationally
  • Continue to develop the Condom Distribution scheme
  • Raising the christian consciousness of young people
