KYC has as experienced and committed management team. The team bring a considerable range of personal and professional skills to the Centre’s work. Over 75% of the management committee have previously worked as voluntary youth leaders at KYC, demonstrating our unique continuity and commitment to our work.

	YOUNG WOMENS DEVELOPMENT WORKER & JUNIORS TEAM LEADER Angela Robinson I'm a fan of all things girly but who said girls work was easy! I bring a psarkle to the Girls and Juniors programmes. Two years in and I now know girls are challenging yet great fun, my gaming skills still need serious work, a flowery shopping trolley is my best friend and I’m loving what I do!
	TYLAP COORDINATOR Michelle Marquis Brorson I am really happy to have the opportunity to contribute to the lives of the youngsters in this area of South London through the Knights Youth Centre; to give them opportunities they may not get elsewhere and to make a valuable and measurable contribution to their lives.
	TYLAP OPERATIONS MANAGER Simone Gooden I look after the daily operations at TYLAP. I have been employed by TYLAP since June 08 and feel TYLAP is a great opportunity for young people who have a genuine interest in youth work; who are willing to experience new and exciting opportunities that the programme brings.
	SENIOR YOUTH WORKER Simon Minott Simon is the new man at KYC! Simon took on the role of Senior Youth Worker in April 2010 and is responsible for the service delivery with young people aged 13 - 19.
	YOUTH SERVICE DIRECTOR Stu Thomson At KYC I am involved in almost everything that goes on and it is fair to say that KYC is one crazy rollercoaster ride! Some days I want to jump off but most days I just sit there, with your arms in the air and either screaming or laughing with everything you’ve got!
	WALCOT APPRENTICE SUPPORT MANAGER Suzanne Davis/John Rawlinson I am the Walcot Apprentice Support Manager and I am working on a brand new and exciting apprenticeship scheme that is funded by the Lambeth Endowed Charities. My role at the KYC is to recruit 10 young people onto the programme and support them throughout their 3 year apprenticeship.
